About Daycare Handbook and Contract Builder
Daycare Handbook and Contract Builder helps home daycare providers write the two documents every enrollment needs: a parent handbook that explains how the program runs, and a contract for each family. You answer questions in plain English, we assemble the documents, and parents read and sign them online.
It was built because the choices are poor. Free templates are generic, one-time downloads go out of date without telling you, and full childcare management software costs far more each month than a provider needs just to get a contract signed. Nobody shows the licensing rule next to the section it relates to. We do that for Texas, California and Florida, with a link to the official text and the date we checked it.
What we will not do
We do not give legal advice, we do not tell you your documents meet a licensing rule, and we do not use AI to write your policies. We do not handle children's health records, tuition payments or attendance, and we never send marketing email to parents. They get the signature request, one reminder and their signed copy.
Daycare Handbook and Contract Builder is document-assembly software, not a law firm. It is not a substitute for the advice of an attorney.
